Dr. Stacy Estrada-Smith, Ph.D.
I am a Latina scholar, global educator, and writer — the first in my family to earn a Ph.D. in Peace and Conflict Studies.
My work sits at the intersection of identity, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. I design story-driven tools and educational experiences that help young women build the clarity, confidence, and global awareness required to lead with impact.
Through Sabía & Co., I create guided journals, children’s books, and institutional partnerships that integrate reflection, social-emotional learning, and leadership preparation for a globalized world.
I believe leadership does not begin with a title. It begins with self-awareness.
When young women understand their voice, they communicate with confidence, navigate conflict with skill, and lead boldly across campuses, communities, and cultures.
